Mark acts like a god
I phoned in to head office to speak to Marks manager. Mark thinks its his given right to speak over me while I am talking meaning I dont hear what he is saying and he doesnt hear what I am saying. Only goats from a farm bleat whenever they want to. He then proceeds to start screaming at me over the phone. Not talking loudly but screaming. What an ass. 2 Hellopeters about Mark from one customer isnt great

Performance. Reliability. Customer Support. Five days later, and the team at Data Keepers still have not resolved the issue. The turnaround time on tickets is super slow and the telephonic staff does need seem to understand the basic s of their business. As a result of this, we have even lost our No.1 ranking on Google. Save time and frustration and go with a reputable company that offer better support and service. In the end, it will be worth it. At this stage I do NOT recommend Data Keepers.

Datakeepers are bad news
Would not recommend anyone to Datakeepers. I made one mistake with hMailServer, ticked the wrong box and accidently opened the mail server to the public. There was no warning nothing. I did not do it ontentionally by any means. So I get kicked of my server, my clients cannot access their applications, so I loose my clients. Even after making sure that this never happens again they have kept my smtp port closed and even though I have paid them for my SSL, I cannot retrieve it. So I am warning everyone out there, be very, very careful of Datakeepers, to me, they are disgusting.

Datakeepers are bad news

Pathetic up-time. Non existent Support!
If you require a service with good up time and a service desk that actually has someone that answers the support calls then you should most definately not use Datakeepers. I am SOO disappointed in myself for choosing them. 8 hours downtime on our VPS last weekend. Services down again now. No notifications. They just post it on their website as if I SIT AND MONITOR THEIR WEBSITE THE ENTIRE DAY!!!! Truly pathetic and not worthy of hosting any company's information.

Datakeepers - bad service
The support for their product is non-existent. Unfortunately we have not had a chance to test their product as their support desk has still not got us up & running despite several attempts to make contact with them via phone & email. Very disappointing experience.
