The very worst fibre service provider I have ever had. Due to them, until recently, being the only fibre service providers in Greenstone Ridge, I had to use them, but am I sorry. They have hurt me and my small business more than they care to admit. I never hear and appology for their downtime, not estimate time to be back up and running, nothing. We are just left in the dark like dirt,
We have been on Vumatel now for a year and a half. The problems we have been experiencing is beyond a joke. 9 days down last year, 6 days down this year, everyday we get dropped a few times. Then you phone for assistance and the service you get is shocking.
Would not recommend anyone to Datakeepers. I made one mistake with hMailServer, ticked the wrong box and accidently opened the mail server to the public. There was no warning nothing. I did not do it ontentionally by any means. So I get kicked of my server, my clients cannot access their applications, so I loose my clients. Even after making sure that this never happens again they have kept my smtp port closed and even though I have paid them for my SSL, I cannot retrieve it. So I am warning everyone out there, be very, very careful of Datakeepers, to me, they are disgusting.
La Rochelle IT Solutions ta Bronberg Connect started off giving us good service and then landed up giving us the worst service one would ever expect from a internet service provider. Two weeks of emailing and phone calls, promises that they will get back to us, nothing. One woman from customer services said that she would phone me back in 5 minutes, that was 7 days ago. Then just to be told two weeks later that they do not do our area. We moved 780 meters up the road, they told us when we joined them that they do they whole of Edenvale. Now after two weeks of waiting we get dropped like a bag of dirt.
I had a server with Afrihost for many years. I had very little issues until April 2020. Little things kept going wrong and when I reported the problems all they could say "it's a self manageable server we cannot help you." But as I informed them time and time again, and again, and again that I cannot even access my server so how the hell can I manage it. It would take them sometimes 5 days before I was up and running again. In total this year I have not just lost approx. a months time due to downtime but also three investors.
This R0.99 charge per MB is very, very extreme and a total rip off. I am using a MTN dongle instead of using Cell-C and going through Afrihost it is less than a quarter of the price.<br> <br> Cell-C you are a rip-off.
I have entered numerous amounts of complaints about history channel being nothing more then a reality channel.<br> <br> The name of the channel needs to be altered so that a proper history channel can be formed.<br> <br> This has been going on for years and now it is just getting way too much.
