Pathetic up-time. Non existent Support!

If you require a service with good up time and a service desk that actually has someone that answers the support calls then you should most definately not use Datakeepers. I am SOO disappointed in myself for choosing them. 8 hours downtime on our VPS last weekend. Services down again now. No notifications. They just post it on their website as if I SIT AND MONITOR THEIR WEBSITE THE ENTIRE DAY!!!!

Truly pathetic and not worthy of hosting any company's information.
