Horrible customer service, after having down time and complaining they lock us out of our server and keep our information that we pay to keep on their server from us. This is not acceptable.
<p>As said this should be a one star review but at least the people at your technical department (excluding extremely lazy technicians) are decent and know their stuff. After haveing had a faulty line and having reported it on 24-04-17, reference number 304CTK240417, and it still not having been fixed to the end of june i started phoning telkoms technical support, the staff over the phone was great, knowledgable and helpfull everytime, trying to get a technician out, who just never came out and is utterly useless. The best they could do is reset my port wich helped for about an hour and then the line would start dropping again. Then on the 3rd of July a very helpful man at telkom sugested n upgrade my line to a 20mg/ps VDSL line wich is more stable and might solve my problem with the line constantly dropping, so the next day i did it, I was told it will take a maximum of 7 days, were on day 11 now and still nothing. Whats more is that when i phone telkom to follow up on the order the service is horrible, I have phoned twice now, the one person told me the technician needs to go to the switch and change a cable, the other one says its a simple setting on the system that needs to be changed and the cables stay the same, and when you ask what needs to be done then, they tell you to wait and see what happens, if nothing happens you should phone them again, when I asked how long I have to wait they reply with, "just wait". So my question now on hellopeter is, how long will I still have to wait for the upgrade? Will my line still drop after the upgrade and be ignored by the technician? What can I do to have my line upgraded today so I dont have to wait any longer and hemridge money?</p> <p>Thanks</p>
<p>Your courier stopped at my gate, I had no idea that a package was to be delivered and started leaning on the tooter of the car so loud and so long everyone in the neigbourhood came out, when I came out he was so rude and to be straight forward a asshole, I will never use RAM, I will litterally buy from a different company to get a different courier if they only use RAM as courier and I will never use them myself. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience with RAM, other companys have been late maybe or even miss shipped my items but at least its a joy to have your item delivered in the end instead of being angry.</p>
<p>Recently I bought a defective item, the customer service from the side of RARU was amazing, very fast response to emails, allways friendly no matter how many times a have questions and good follow up. Havent received service as great as this from any other online store. Unfortunately I am not able to add names since it is never included in the email, but thanks to everyone at RARU you are great.</p>
