Ive purchased 2 SIP Lines with DataPhone last night - This morning both lines disapeared from the platform - I can not see them - nor manage them.
I logged a call with support - 2 hours later - no ticket number or call. I tried to speak to accounts / sales - just been kept in a loop - with no operator to answer my call.
This is BAD service - Ill rather sign up with a more reputable company
