I have placed an order with Geewiz on the 4th December 2025. Yesterday 10 December 2025 after holding the line for about 10 minutes, the consultant indicated that all stock has been received, and they will ship my parcel. This morning 11 December 2025, I followed up, and all of the sudden, one item is on back log. The consultant indicated that they will dispatch my stock - ive checked 2 hours later, and the stock has not been dispatched. I have been a customer of Geewiz for more than 5 years, and probably spent R40k with them already. Is this the kind of service we as customers should accept? Just asking
Ive purchased 2 SIP Lines with DataPhone last night - This morning both lines disapeared from the platform - I can not see them - nor manage them. I logged a call with support - 2 hours later - no ticket number or call. I tried to speak to accounts / sales - just been kept in a loop - with no operator to answer my call. This is BAD service - Ill rather sign up with a more reputable company

Ive signed up with Jenny Internet on the 26th of September 2024 and paid. Today is the 7th of October 2024 and my line has not yet been installed. All I hear is excuses that the stock has not yet arrived. Is this the way to start a new service?
Interesting I received an email from hellopeter indicating that the business I reported says that my review is inapropriate or false. The business did not even tried contacting me to verify or hear my side of the story. Hellopeter now need proof from me that what I say is true or they will remove my review. Would I write a bad review without reason? I honestly dont have the time for that. Well if this is the attitude of hellopeter, then I probably dont need them any more and can close my profile. Why dont you then take down the whole platform if this is the way you are doing things. Would like to hear from you.
I placed an order with Bobshop a week ago. It has been 7 days since pickup. Still no delivery. Two days on the phone with customer care. What a joke
Rockafellas Rustenburg is super expensive and their customer service is very poor. Can not manage large group tables with sub accounts properly. We had to wait 30 minutes just to get bills fixed
After an initial bad experience with Digital Loot, they did show that they are willing to participate. Thank you for changing my mind and thinking of your company. They did fully assisted me in receiving my product and I also received a christmas present. Well done Nadia.
I've ordered a digital product from Digital Loot through Bob Shop and have not yet received my product Key. Digital Loot do not answer their phones. I will never purchase a product from them again. BAD
