I app**** for an internet installation with Jenny Internet on 3 March 2026 after moving to a new area. As a remote worker, I rely heavily on a stable internet connection to do my job, so this service is extremely important. Customers are informed that installations normally take 24 to 48 hours, yet it has now been a full week and there has still been no installation. According to the agent, they attempted to contact me on 6 March 2026, which is already more than 48 hours after my application was submitted. However, there is no missed call on my phone to support this claim. I then received a message stating that the installation would take place on 9 March 2026, but today is 10 March 2026 and no technician arrived and no one contacted me to explain the delay. The level of poor communication, lack of urgency, and unprofessional service from Jenny Internet is extremely disappointing. Customers should not be left waiting indefinitely, especially when they rely on internet access for work. This entire experience has been frustrating and completely unacceptable. At this point, the service from Jenny Internet can only be described as atrocious.

After constant complaints, I get no feedback. Connection drops and answering their questions via WhatsApp, still no feedback. Even replying I will be looking at another service provider, still nothing. Well, obviously my business doesn't mean anything to them. Waiting for another service provider to contact me. Sorry Jenny Internet!!! You will lose a client.

Quality for 5mbps is great but if I can have an 20mbps but for my household we are extremely happy all our internet problems are from the past happy client happy home thank you Jenny internet

Been with Jenny for a while, years. I had to relocate from Mpumalanga to KZN about 50Km in total. My equipment is the same that I had use over the period in Mpu, now in KZN is shows connected without internet. Since they installed it 99% of the time it is of line. Download speed if it is on and your lucky @ just under 1M and upload 0.3. The what's app advise 🤔 assist in a short time updating ticket numbers, we'll i just gave up on Jenny internet as I am a low income to them and receiving no tech to resolve my issue. As a paramedic I make use of what's app group's to communicate with clients and those in emergencies, had to get a pocket router to manage while trying to sort the issue. So yes been paying my monthly subscription and only receiving advise that didn't help me at all. The Tech will phone and will come .... ja ne lol never. Get new tenders for your installation and repairs contractors, make sure they are clients orientation and professional please. This is not the Jenny I know and are so disappointed 😔

Very disgusting service we received today from the Jenney team in Parys I run a Cybersecurity and app development company I lnow what I am doing and what I talk about first of the “so called supervisor” called me dimb today and as I was talking and showing him that the speedtest system they are isei g is giving weird speeds I have a 15mbs line and its shows its running over 800mbs where as ookla is showing me 5mbs. They had to come back teice today to try and fix the internet so this is not acceptable. I mean I have documents showing I have more brainsells than this guy and he is saying I’m the dumb one. The utter disrespect and ignorance of the guy and the tech was astonishing. I have been using Jenney internet now for 4 years I pay alot of money and the service is like this

Paying client for six years ( not cheap ), struggled for more than a month to get my home internet sorted out. After too many phone calls they could not get my internet fixed.Their technician came to replace a cable from dish to router ( Did not even remove old cable ), after that again I still struggled. Jenny are not truthful with their clients. I wanted to speak to their management, but was never around, still awaiting callback from their supervisor, as I requested numerous times. They send technician to me for second time, just to lie again saying his vehicle broke down ( Friday afternoon on payday ). Problem handed over to contractor. When I consulted with contractor over phone ,he said he was paid already for call out, but did not receive any login details to come to me and sort out problem. So yet again I sat whole weekend without internet. The contractor also told me that Jenny' s technician resigned already day before he was booked to come to me. The contractor came to my house on Monday and was only took 5 minutes to fix issue.The contractor also told me that the routers I am using are very old. So I do not know if Jenny update their equipment after some time to keep their paying client up to best experiences. Also I logged problems, but then they come back to me after days or not at all. I also logged bad service to Jenny complaints department, twice, but still today zero feedback to me.
