Soooo bad! Our gyeser burst and Momentum sent Dave Miller Plumbers to replace it. Firstly, they were late. They replaced the geyser on Saturday morning, but it did not heat up. Couldn't reach them. After a huge struggle, Momentum reached them and they came on Sunday morning (late again) to check the geyser. Again, it didn't work (an electrical problem, even though the previous geyser had no electrical problem). Tried to message, WhatsApp and call their after-hours number, but there was no reply. Phoned Momemtum again. Was told that we have to phone the claims department on Monday. Plumber did not answer their after hours number. Dave did not ebven have the courtesy to reply to my voicemail on his personal number. My WhatsApps, SMSs and emails were ignored (and still remain unanswered). En electrician was sent by Momentum on Monday. The plumbers failed to connect a wire, leaving us without hot water for an entire weekend. I don't understand why Momentum would use such shoddy plumbers, especially looking at the number of bad reviews.

Avoid this company at all costs! We were charged R900 to be told a geyser was working, which we knew, when the complaint was that the thermostat in a solar panel was faulty. Their team didn't even try to inspect the panel. They merely took a photo and told us we must replace it and claim from our insurance. When queried, we were told they would reimburse the labour portion or R95 (the cheapest hourly labour rate ever!) After calling a company that actually knows what they are doing, it turns out some settings were wrong. They also noted that a valve previously replaced by Dave Miller Plumbing was incorrectly fitted and would have caused further damage in the long run. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER USING THEM. We will certainly be contacting Nedbank Insurance and notifying them of these issues as well.

Fast response and service providing. I called them at 6pm when a pipe burst and they arrived on the scene that night and sorted everything out. They're great! I expected them to come the following.

WHAT A PHATETIC PLUMBING COMPONY! This compony is by far the biggest sharks in South Africa, by telling lie to another pathetic "solutions" compony, just another middle man, ripping off insurance companies. Been without hot water for five days now as no one at any of these three companies are capable of distinguish between a surface crack and a structural crack. The best of all, is they expect that to have a burst geyser replaced, the best option is to put in in the roof again, above a bed room this time instead of outside. What idiocy has become to this uninformed business.
