Great service.
I would like to thank Siya Manentsa for making a stressful check-in a little less daunting. Siya's professional, friendly and calm demeneaour was amazing and made our day so much easier. Baie dankie, Syia.

Great service
Our geyser recently burst and Green Planet was appointed to replace the geyser. They were on time, courteous, professional, friendly and explained the process, which was greatly appreciated.

Avoid at all costs.
Soooo bad! Our gyeser burst and Momentum sent Dave Miller Plumbers to replace it. Firstly, they were late. They replaced the geyser on Saturday morning, but it did not heat up. Couldn't reach them. After a huge struggle, Momentum reached them and they came on Sunday morning (late again) to check the geyser. Again, it didn't work (an electrical problem, even though the previous geyser had no electrical problem). Tried to message, WhatsApp and call their after-hours number, but there was no reply. Phoned Momemtum again. Was told that we have to phone the claims department on Monday. Plumber did not answer their after hours number. Dave did not ebven have the courtesy to reply to my voicemail on his personal number. My WhatsApps, SMSs and emails were ignored (and still remain unanswered). En electrician was sent by Momentum on Monday. The plumbers failed to connect a wire, leaving us without hot water for an entire weekend. I don't understand why Momentum would use such shoddy plumbers, especially looking at the number of bad reviews.

Awesome dermatologist
My son and I recently visited Dr van Wyk for consultations. In the past, I didn't have great experiences with dermatologists, so I was quite apprehensive. I was pleasantly surprised by Dr van Wyk's demeanor. He was friendly, helpful, very respectful, and explained everything. He was also very engaging with my six-year old, not merely seeing him as a child that cannot understand or explain something. We left his rooms armed with important knowledge and lifted hearts.

Super easy to order, super fast delivery and great products.
Our dogs love Monty & Me Essential dog food. It provides everything that they need and Pet Heaven makes it easy to never run out with their repeat orders. Their prices are also something to rave about, seeing as we have four dogs (from rat-sized to horse-sized) to feed.

Some of the call centre staff are rude and not willing to listen and help.
My sister spoke to Lindy in the call centre. She was anything but helpful. We have power of attorney over my mom (the policy holder) and instead of checking the policy, she outright refused (even after telling her that we have power of authority, attempting to explain why we are calling and providing the claim number), became extremely rude and put the phone down. Is this how you help your clients? Truly unprofessional. I phoned back and reached José. The first thing he did (after telling him about the power of attorney), was to go into my mom's profile. Then he helped us. Why could Lindy not do the same?

Couches as good as new
Five stars to Norman from PrimeTec motor trimming and upholstery. He re-upholstered our (very old, very tired) Grafton Everet couches at a very reasonable price and they look amazing! His number is 0765017628.

Great choice for little ones
Earlier this year, we paid Blue Nose Friends a visit with the idea of enrolling our daughter next year. Yolande and her team were very helpful and friendly from start to finish and welcomed us with open arms. We were very impressed with their school, their curriculum and the way that they do things and decided there and then to enroll our daughter. Unfortunately, because of circumstances out of our control, we have to take our daughter to a school in another area next year. I would still highly recommend Blue Nose Friends. There was no stiff upper lip, no animosity, just a welcoming atmosphere, with the necessary security and discipline in place to give parents the peace of mind that their children are safe and in good hands.

Excellent, patient service.
