Great service
Our geyser recently burst and Green Planet was appointed to replace the geyser. They were on time, courteous, professional, friendly and explained the process, which was greatly appreciated.

Green Planet Plumbers
Recently my geyser sprung a leak and on phoning the insurance company I was given the contact details of Green Planet Plumbers, East London. The lady who answered my initial call to the plumbers handled my call efficiently, knew what was required and advised me of their plan of action with timelines. Two young gents arrived at the expected time, assessed the problem, arranged for an electrician and a handyman (to enlarge the trapdoor) , to attend and the new geyser was installed and working in quick order. My overall impression from initial call to completion was that I had been kept advised of timings and the work was carried out in a pleasant, non intrusive and competent manner. At no time did I have to wait for anyone. Everyone I dealt with from GPP was pleasant, efficient and I have no hesitation in recommending them. Green Planet Plumbers East London 0839300802

Best plumber company
I have delt with a lot of plumbers over the years. Most of them over charge and take there time to fix plumbing issues. It was my first time dealing with Green Planet Plumbing and I was very impressed. Theire price are good, staff are friendly and they are competent and trained to perform their trade. I recievd regular updated on the progress. They even cleaned when the work was done. I would recommend them as the best plumbers that have ever worked at my house.

Send a team of apprentices without certified plumber
This company was appointed by Momentum insurance to fix a burst pipe in our shower. The owner send three apprentices without certificate and without a qualified supervisor plumber. Once they have started breaking the wall it was apparent that they lack expertise for such a job. Upon contacting the owner, Garry, we were told that he does not agree that a qualified plumber needs to supervise apprentices since their expertise is good enough. This is extremely unprofessional approach and contravenes regulations.
