Dave the stylist (midrand, waterfall)
I have never experienced such appalling and disgusting service. This guy is rude, arrogant and disrespectful. I reached out to him the first time wanting to do braids, I paid the deposit (which he insists you do) then two days before my appointment he cancelled on me and said he was double booked. The second time - now, I reached out to him again wanting to do braids and paid the deposit, he kept changing and rescheduling my appointment to suit him until his rescheduled time didn't suit me and requested a refund of my deposit of which e refuses to refund me. This guy has no regard of your time as a customer, very unprofessional and rude - he even hangs up the phone on you. Through all this he has never apologised or taken accountability for his actions and how he hs treated me as a paying customer instead he's withholding my deposit. He's the most unreliable and arrogant hairdresser I've ever come across with zero people skills ... he can drop you anytime and treats you like he's doing you a favour by doing your hair. Now I'm running after him to refund me. Absolutely bad service!
