If it were possible to give this company 0 stars, I would do it without hesitation. This has to be one of the most frustrating and unprofessional delivery experiences I have ever had. The customer support consultant was extremely rude and completely unhelpful, which raises a serious question about why this company even has a call centre if their staff are unwilling or unable to assist customers.
For several days my parcel showed “out for delivery,” yet nothing was ever delivered. Instead, I kept receiving “failed delivery” notifications. I stayed home waiting for the delivery, only to later receive messages claiming that delivery had failed when no attempt was even made. This is not only misleading but also a complete waste of a customer’s time.
The lack of accountability, poor communication, and terrible customer service are unacceptable. Customers should not have to chase a company for a service they already paid for. Based on this experience, I would strongly discourage anyone from using this company. I truly hope I never have to deal with them again.
