Damage & Thievery!

They helped my parents move on 19 November 2020 from Kuilsriver to Paarl. Multiple items were stolen. This includes 2 drills (the tape of the seperate boxes it was packaged in was clearly tampered with), a Kilim carpet, a cd player, a bag of gym equipment, jewelry and a laptop was taken out of it's bag that was packaged in a box. Some glassware were broken in the boxes even though they were thickly wrapped with bubblewrap. This was the first time out of many moves in the past that our furniture was handled with absolute disrespect. Sc****s and chips out of a lot of furniture pieces. And to top it all off NONE of the 10 men that helped with the move were wearing masks! Absolutely disgusted by the service. Even bought them each cooldrinks and gave them a tip and this is how they repay you! Will definitely not be using them or recommending them in the future! After numerous phonecalls and emails their only response was that all of the men involved denies the accusations of thievery!! They sure did a great job of "shopping around" for Christmas gifts.
