Theft and shocking customer service

Their staff arrived on the day, promptly stole my domestics cell phone. My domestic reported this to me and I approached the foreman asked that it be returned. it was anonymously returned 5 minutes later. I thought that was the end of it. Turns out we were wrong. Their guys also stole a box containing whisky which we only discovered after the fact. We reported this to them a few days later after unpacking hoping that it would be returned after a similar chat with their staff . No luck and no attempt to take responsibility at all. Reported them to the Consumer Protection Ombudsman and their response was a vitriolic and frankly disgusting personal attack on me. we have never been anything but polite and have simply requested that they assume responsibility for the people they chose to move our possessions. The matter is still before the Ombudsman. will report back when we have a result. the worst customer service I think I have ever experienced.
