Truly the worst company I’ve ever ordered from. Communication is terrible and completely unprofessional. My order has been marked “ready to ship” for weeks, yet nothing has been delivered and no clear updates are given.

I ordered in December. It is now 3 February, and my child has no books and is falling behind at school because of this delay.

What makes this worse is that schools recommend this company, yet when books don’t arrive, parents are blamed for “ordering late” — which is absolutely not true in my case.

Parents, please avoid ordering online from DC Books. If you must use them, buy physically in-store. This experience has caused unnecessary stress for families and learners.

Never ordering from them again.
