This complaint against DC Partner and DC Outsourcing Solution regarding misleading conduct and unauthorized deductions from my bank account.
July 2025, I was contacted by representatives from DC Outsourcing Solution, who pressured and misled me into submitting my personal details under the pretense that they firstly calling as an ABSA bank representative and secondly were assisting me with financial relief options which i do not need. At no stage did I fully understand that I was being placed under debt review, nor did I give informed consent to proceed with this process.
I was constantly harassed and called, under pressure from being sternly spoken to I subsequently sent what was requested from me.
Without my clear authorization, they processed my details and subsequently deducted an amount of R6,204.80 from my bank account. This deduction has caused me severe financial distress.
I believe their conduct is in direct violation of the National Credit Act, as they failed to provide clear and transparent information, misled me into debt review, and debited my account without proper authorization.
Now DC outsourcing refuse to reimburse me my Money. They are claiming the R6,204.80 is a non refundable admin fee.
