This complaint against DC Partner and DC Outsourcing Solution regarding misleading conduct and unauthorized deductions from my bank account. July 2025, I was contacted by representatives from DC Outsourcing Solution, who pressured and misled me into submitting my personal details under the pretense that they firstly calling as an ABSA bank representative and secondly were assisting me with financial relief options which i do not need. At no stage did I fully understand that I was being placed under debt review, nor did I give informed consent to proceed with this process. I was constantly harassed and called, under pressure from being sternly spoken to I subsequently sent what was requested from me. Without my clear authorization, they processed my details and subsequently deducted an amount of R6,204.80 from my bank account. This deduction has caused me severe financial distress. I believe their conduct is in direct violation of the National Credit Act, as they failed to provide clear and transparent information, misled me into debt review, and debited my account without proper authorization. Now DC outsourcing refuse to reimburse me my Money. They are claiming the R6,204.80 is a non refundable admin fee.

I have a serious issue with the way The Fields in hatfield pretoria operates. they are constantly trying to milk money from tenants who vacate their apartments. i have recently moved out and have taken steps to ensure that i leave the apartment in a decent condition as i have in the past years been a returning client. i received a statement from them (after vacating last month) where i am being charged a cleaning fee, last water and sewerage readings (which i settled) and of a wifi plug i am not aware of. i ensured that the place was cleaned when i left, but apparently i need to pay now because they decided to re-clean the apartment. Wifi units were p;laced in our units where the wifi guys were let in and out of our units whether we in our apartments or not. now i am being charged for a device i know nothing of. i have had back and forth mails with a Charmiane van Reenen with no valid reasons as to why i am to pay for the cleaning when i had already cleaned. i have repeatedly said to her on the mails that i will not be settling the cleaning costs ( which they decided to do for whatever reason) as i cleaned the unit. i am not a first time tenant at the Fields so i know better than to vacate without cleaning. i have also mentioned to Chaminane that i will not be paying for a plug that i know nothing, if this ever existed it must be checked with the same people who placed it in the units.
<p>I have been staying since 2014 and recently moved out dec 2016 only to be refunded a deposit R600.00 less than what i had paid. So i call to find out why, answered by Charmaine Van Reenen apparently a credit controller , rude wouldnt even give me a chance to speak; she eventually hangs the phone on me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Worst service ever, this gives City Property a bad name, </p>
