I email a lady by the name of Yvonne Mathoma at at city property to make payment arrangements and asking for payment arrangement letter, she said they don't have such letter,I don't understand why huge business such as city property can't give payment arrangement letter so you can pay them,I really need the letter.

Horrible horrible customer service. I would 100% not recommend to any one looking for a place to stay, especially females. Your safety is the least of their concern and the resolution of issues is zero. No access to a building you are paying for is crazy and despite multiple follow ups no resolution, instead you are advise the issue is resolved every single time yet nothing. Horrible experience at City Place for the whole month I have been there. Every night I must park my car and walk 3 floors down, then around the building, in the middle of the night, alone, in South Africa where women are the least safe, and no matter the urgency you address this with you are met with Issue resolved yet there is still no access. One would imagine granting access is a couple of hours thing but not at City Place. Absolutely revolting service

Your representatives entered the premises to install Tshwane meters without any prior notice, consultation, or written communication. This is completely unacceptable. After installation, we were instructed to purchase electricity again and were assured that the remaining units would be refunded on our invoices. I have now received my statement, and there is no refund reflected. This amounts to forcing tenants to pay twice for electricity. It is unreasonable and unfair for you to expect prompt payment from us when you fail to communicate properly and do not honour your own commitments. We are not an unlimited source of funds to cover your administrative failures. In addition, the newly installed meters are consuming electricity at an alarming and unreasonable rate. This raises serious concerns about their accuracy and functionality. I hereby demand a corrected statement within 48 hours, clearly reflecting the full refund for my remaining units. If this matter is not resolved within that timeframe, I will immediately escalate it to the PPPR and any other relevant regulatory bodies for investigation. This is my final request before formal escalation.

I am extremely frustrated with the ongoing situation at St Tropez & Maxime. The lift has not been working since 10 February, and there has been absolutely no communication from City Property regarding repairs or timelines. When I call the office, I am repeatedly given misleading information by a staff member named Neo. Residents are left in the dark while the problem continues. This building has up to 6 floors, and the washing lines are located on the 7th floor. Tenants are forced to carry heavy laundry up multiple flights of stairs. I personally live on the 6th floor, it is unreasonable and physically exhausting to climb these stairs daily, especially after work, while carrying groceries and other essentials. This situation is unacceptable, particularly for elderly residents, families with children, or anyone with health issues. A functioning lift is a basic necessity in a building of this height. We urgently request: • Immediate repair of the lift • Honest communication from management • Regular updates on progress City Property needs to take responsibility and treat tenants with respect. We deserve safe, accessible living conditions.
