I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the handling of my rental application. On 24/04/2026, I app**** for Unit C0628 after viewing it at Sharon’s Place. I received no response and later discovered that my application had not been processed. When I followed up on 28/04/2026, I was approved for a different unit (C1024) at a higher rental, which I did not apply for. I was then informed that Unit C0628 was no longer available. However, on 29/04/2026, I received communication confirming that the same unit was in fact available at the original price. This situation reflects a lack of professionalism, inconsistent communication, and incorrect processing of my application.
If you want anything missing on your car please visit this fuel station. My wheel caps are missing after buying petrol and checking the pressure of my wheels at this garage from January till date. The staff is telling me that their CCTV doesnt show me checking the pressure of my tire, like at all from January to April. They must think I am crazy. Do not waste your time here, if wheel caps can go missing can you imagine what else can go missing.
I received an awful customer service from a lady named Lee (I doubt this is her real name by the way). Her tone on the call... I even had to remind her that I do not appreciate being spoken to like that. Wesbank kindly take your agents for communication skills training, I cannot be dealing with a rude agent on the phone.
Received very rude customer service from a lady called Nomfundo. This lady doesn't know how to speak to people even to other customers she shouts,her tone is that of a shouting person and she treated me like I am not a paying customer. With the unemployed rate in SA please replace her with someone else cause clearly she doesn't want to work!!!
I called their customer line and spoke to (Phemelo) a very rude agent who told me that we should try speaking in a different language because it seems like I do not understand when using English. I did not even get my query resolved as this was a waste of my time with him on the call. I do not appreciate the service I received from him and suggest he be replaced by someone who can understand people. He is rude, impatient and kept on sighing the entire time during the call. If he has a problem working he should just stay at home and let people who need a job work!!!
I have been a customer with this **** company from 2015, last week (25 March 2025) their consultants called me telling me about a policy which I said no to. Weekend I tried to pay my package that I have with them, only to find a different amount. Today when I call them apparently I took a contract 2years ago with them, but since 2015 I have been paying for the same package. When I ask for a recording of this contract they take me pillar to post telling me they do not have access. How can you put me on contract and not have evidence of this????DO NOT SUPPORT THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE ****MERS
