Received very rude customer service from a lady called Nomfundo. This lady doesn't know how to speak to people even to other customers she shouts,her tone is that of a shouting person and she treated me like I am not a paying customer. With the unemployed rate in SA please replace her with someone else cause clearly she doesn't want to work!!!

I day before yesterday bought the All star box. It was very disappointing that I got chips I could literally finger count. It's as if they fell whilst they were packaging and no one bothered to replace them. Unfortunately I only realised when I got to work and I wasn't gonna walk all the way back especially after I waited so long to get them.

I went to KFC Sandton at 8:30 am, when they have the breakfast menu displayed. I got to Noxolo who was the cashier and asked her if it's possible to order a bucket for 1 as it wasn't displayed on the breakfast menu. She indicated that it would be possible, and my order was processed. As I was waiting for my order, I decided to go to the bathroom. When I came back, it seemed as though my order was ready for collection. When i went to collect Noxolo deliberately walked past me, assisted other customers while i stood there waiting. she then looked at me and said she called my order number out several times and I wasn't there. I then asked whether I was not supposed to go to the bathroom and she insisted that she had called me several times. This is extremely unprofessional and rude more especially because I wasn't asking her to go beyond her call of duty. It felt as though, according to her, i wasn't supposed to go anywhere, but stand there and wait for my order and that I deserve to be ignored and wait for her to decide when I can get my order.

KFC SANDTON CITY bad service . I’m so disappointed with their service honestly Pamela and Ntokozo are playing with the system to suit their friends needs which I’m not sure what they getting in return. There’s a generated numbers by the system but they finish all numbers and assist people who are behind 1st and when you ask how it works, they laugh and speak in their language towards each other. Your number shows on collect order they tell u no number is working you must rejoin a queue that has too many people that came after you. And spent an hour just to get my order. Only to receive cold food and have pictures of what was served on the day

KFC SANDTON CITY bad service . I bought a meal that cost me R44,90 and I was overcharged ended up paying R250,70 since I was using self-service machine so I reported immediately as I was asked to send bank statement to their email which I did even my bank card number for them to transfer back the amount until today I'm waiting I've went there several time but no solution as the managers always not around.

I bought a cappuccino at KFC Sandton City mall this morning and when i arrive at the office i noticed that they gave me white milk and sugar, this is unacceptable, if i wanted to buy milk i would have got to Checkers and not KFC, i need my Cappuccino or my refund.

I just receive a horrible service from KFC sandton city from one of the senior staff member the way he spoke to me was unacceptable and uncalled for. He doesn’t represent your brand and when I shared the experience with my colleagues they were not surprised as they’ve experienced this also. Please let your area manager or owner to call me, I’m not prepared to talk to anyone from the store as I feel my query won’t be attended to or taken serious.

I had the unfortunate experience to order at KFC Sandton city today at 3pm . The service that I received was actually atrocious .I waited for over an hour to receive my order . When I finally asked for assistance from Tsundu she advised that the only orders she is doing is for the kiosk .Finally tried to ask Makhungu for assistance and she was very rude in her response . I often go to the KFC at the wedge and Rivonia boulevard and perhaps they should go to the Sandton city branch to provide them with customer service training as well as the skills to efficiently run the store because what is happening at Sandton city branch is unacceptable .
