I day before yesterday bought the All star box. It was very disappointing that I got chips I could literally finger count. It's as if they fell whilst they were packaging and no one bothered to replace them. Unfortunately I only realised when I got to work and I wasn't gonna walk all the way back especially after I waited so long to get them.
I recently bought earphones from Ackermann Sandton City. I asked about the warranty since electronics are bound to have faults and they said their warranty for exchanges in only 7 days. 9 days later the one ear piece stopped working, today is 15 days later and now they completely shut down. It doesn't make sense to not have warranty on electronics. Ackermanns just ripped me off. Other retailers have longer warranties on electronics because they understand their products and want to keep their customers happy. Now my money is gone down the drain. R80 is a lot to spend on something that will work only for 15days. It's very disappointing.
I recently bought the Tuesday special at Hungry Lion Park Station, the 2 pieces and chips x 2. But I was very disappointed when I got to work only to discover the chicken was dry like old it didn't taste nice or fresh. The chips also. The only thing nice about the service was when they swapped the one small drink for an energy drink
I usually go to KFC after church service on Sundays. The one Sunday I bought 2 Streetwise ×3 and they didn't have salt. I asked for the salt for the chips and they said they were out of salt. Can you imagine having chips without salt! The last Sunday I went again to KFC was on the 8 June where I bought my usual 3 × Streetwise meals. I didn't want to stay and eat there but I was disappointed when I arrived home that again there was no salt for my meals. So since I was home I used my own salt but it's not the same as the KFC spicy salt that we prefer on chips. Sometimes it's the small things that count that make a huge difference.
They're service is always great and they're food is nice. You can never go wrong. I'm always happy to buy again. Keep up the good work and the smiles and friendliness of the staff
I recently bought the full chicken with rolls at Pedro's Chicken in Braamfontein. I was very disappointed when I got home as the chicken was swimming in the hot sauce. It literally filled a mug. We didn't enjoy the meal at all. I went again a few days after and ordered the quarter chicken meal. This time around I specifically asked them not to put too much sauce like they did with my last order.... And oh boy did I not get disappointed again when I got to work to discover my chicken was again swimming in sauce. You could swear I ordered the sauce and not the chicken. Bad service at its peak. Totally disappointing.
I've been waiting for FNB to reverse the bank charges they shouldn't have charged. It seems I'm silently being told that they're not willing to do that. Because no one is contacting me. The service dropped to the point where they're not bothered about reviews. Perhaps it's time I go to the Ombudsman. PAY BACK MY MONEY
I recently laid a complaint with FNB regarding bank charges that were not supposed to be charged from my bank account for the first six months of inception. FNB, responding to my complaint, promised to resolve the matter within 5 working days. 5 days has collapsed and I have not heard from them. Instead I tried to reach out via the chat on the app and I wasted 1 hours chatting with 3 agents. One of them said she sees my query and got off the line. The other two have since been reading the chat history as they said but never got back to me. A WHOLE HOUR. ALL I'M ASKING IS TO HAVE THE 4 MONTH OF MY BACK CHARGES REVERSED. THEY MANAGED TO REVERSE THE CHARGES FOR THE 1ST TWO MONTHS SO WHAT SEEMS TO BE THE ISSUE NOW.
I opened an account with fnb through the field agents when I started my current job in May. The agents said since my employer is banking with fnb, as an employer I will be eligible to R0.00 zero bank charges for the first 6 months. That wasn't true as I was charged bank fees and monthly fees. I enquired with the same field agents about this and they reimbursed the fees I was charged for 2 months. FNB charged me again every month. So I then contacted the field agents managers quering this about over a week ago. He has been since coming back to me. I've been the one calling him every day to follow-up but now since Thursday lady week Werner van Zyl is ignoring my calls and not returning my messages. I want my money back please. This turned out to be a raw deal as even the type of account they offered wasn't the aspire credit as they promised at the time of signing us up. FNB has really dropped the ball in terms of their service. I'm not a happy camper at all.
I bought shoes from Rage Jabulani Mall and I only noticed when I got home that they had a bad glue patch on the right. I went to the Rage in Park Station to go check the same shoes and it turned out all the shoes had that glue over flowing making them look cheap so I ended up not exchanging. I am not comfortable wearing the shoes as they look like some cheap brand that I bought off the street. I'm not a happy camper at all. I'm never buying from Rage as they have dropped their quality standards.
