Unauthorized Debit
Debited my account without permission - I never accepted or authorize any mandate with this company but to my surprise this morning they debited my account 8000 and I do not know them.

DC Partner (Pty) Ltd is a duly registered Payment Distribution Agent (“PDA”) with the National Credit Regulator (“NCR”), in terms of the National Credit Act (“NCA”).
As a PDA, we do not render debt counselling services and does not place consumers under debt review. Its function is strictly regulated by the NCA and the conditions prescribed by the NCR. Our mandate is administrative in nature, namely, to receive and distribute consumer payments in accordance with the instructions of the debt counsellor appointed by the consumer.
