I am extremely disappointed with the service I received regarding a TV that was delivered damaged by the company. From the beginning, there were already delays with the delivery process, and after finally receiving the TV, it was discovered to be damaged upon arrival. I immediately reported the issue and provided all the necessary communication and evidence, including emails relating to the delayed delivery and the damaged item. Despite this, the company has refused to replace the TV and is attempting to shift responsibility onto me as the customer for damage that clearly occurred during delivery. This is completely unfair and unacceptable. Customers should not be expected to accept damaged goods or be blamed for issues caused during transportation and handling by the company or its delivery partners. What makes this even more upsetting is the lack of accountability and empathy shown throughout this process. I have acted honestly and in good faith from the start, yet my concerns continue to be dismissed. I am requesting that the company urgently review this matter and provide a fair resolution by replacing the damaged TV or providing an appropriate remedy. I hope management takes this complaint seriously and resolves it professionally before further action becomes necessary. The damage is even visible on their box at the corner that this TV got a very heavy impact during transit
I filed a complaint with NCR early October and received no response to date after providing all the documents required. Please can someone assist me as am close to having mental breakdown by the debt review who keeps taking my money without my consent, the change reference numbers all the time. please NCR assist me. • I never app**** for debt review, nor did I sign or authorize any documents related to this process. • I have always been able to manage and pay my creditors directly and have never experienced over-indebtedness. • Review Experts appears to have submitted a Form 17.2 and listed me as over-indebted without my consent, which I believe constitutes misconduct activity and identity misuse. I request that the NCR: 1. Investigates Review Experts for this unauthorised action. 2. Ensures that my name is immediately removed from any debt review listings associated with Review Experts. 3. Provides guidance on any additional steps I should take to rectify my credit record and protect myself from further *****ulent activity. I have attached copies of all communications I received from Review Experts for your reference. I am also prepared to provide any further documentation or identification required to assist with your investigation. Please treat this matter with urgency as it directly impacts my credit record and financial standing.
Debited my account without permission - I never accepted or authorize any mandate with this company but to my surprise this morning they debited my account 8000 and I do not know them.
