I was *****ed by DC Payment Solutions

On the 12th April 2022 I made an agreement with DC Payment Solutions (Debt Company) to pay debts with African Bank and Capfin, the payment arranged was R1750 per month for 6 months. They deducted money from my account for 7 months but they only paid African Bank once and Capfin was never paid by DC Payment Solutions , that made me upset because arrangement was for 6 months. I then decided to cancel that debit order and started paying African Bank myself, I called DC Payment Solutions to find out about their offices in Cape Town and the person who answered the call said yes but when I asked about the location and telephone number he dropped my call. When I contact them on WhatsApp I was repaid with lies and am stuck and not able to make any accounts due to DC Payment Solutions actions. Therefore I believe and experienced unprofessionalism and won't recommend DC Payment Solutions to anyone. Anyone with help can tell me how to remove my name from DC Payment Solutions, please help I can't even make clothing account for my kids.
