Not commiting on appoinment

I made an appointment with Stephen du Preez for Monday 2015/12/14. I actually took a day of work for the installation. I gave him a call and his cellphone the morning but it just went to voicemail were I left him a voicemail. I then try calling again and it went to voicemail straight away. I know he then blocked my number because he was reading my whatsapp messages. It is sad to think that someone would just trow away business like this. Also If he just would just tell me that he is not interested. I would have been able to get someone else and not stay at home for nothing.
