World Class Worse Service
<p>Haven't gotten my car back from them since last week and took it back to them numerous times since last month. Keep on promising me they will give me the car the next day since last week Wednesday.</p>

15 Mar 2017, 15:51Gave my car to De Graaf Pretoria North almost a month ago asking them to fix my clutch. They told me tgat it is not the clutch as it is the turbo, paid and got it back. Worked for a few hours then gave the same problem again. Was told to take it back the Monday and they fixed something else but didn't even do a difference twice. Took it back for the 3rd time and where advised that it needs to get new software. Went to fetch my car as they needed to get software from Ford. Decided to take it to Ford for 3rd opinion, had to pay them to check for me what is wrong. Took it back to them after it go stucked next to them road for 4 hours. Took it back to De Graaf workshop and still waiting as they keep on promising me everyday that it would be fixed the next day since last week Wednesday. Always telling me they will contact me back but don't call me if I don't call them for feedback like the time I got stuck next to the road and where advised they would check if they can help me to get my car to their workshop and ended up standing next to the road till late night.
