I've asked Telkom o cancel my contract when they phoned me for an upgrade but nah they ignored my request and telling me stories. I've also send numerous request to Telkom in order to cancel my contract with immediate effect but they failed to do so. I've requested them to cancel my contract on month end after they informed me that my contract will be canceled on the 12th and that I am expected to pay the full monthly subscription fee which is madness. I've signed a contract for 24 months which should end after 24 months but nah they not listening when a person request to stop contracts as they want to chow my money!!! They send a response that they will phone you after doing an online request to cancel but never calls after numerous request to cancel my contract. Poor service and signal therefore I am not willing to continue having a contract with them.
<p>I went in to your Telkom store more then numerious times and where put on the phone but the lines is always busy and i cant keep holding on for the hole day. The fact that customers can only phone the contact center from a Telkom contract phone or in store is ridiculous. I've logged 2 deputes previously and i am still not happy with the feedback i received and that fact that they just send you an sms with feedback and doesnt phone their clients is poor service. I am not gone pay for any additional charges that where not explained to me in the telephone conversation i had when you sold the latest contract to me. </p>
<p>Haven't gotten my car back from them since last week and took it back to them numerous times since last month. Keep on promising me they will give me the car the next day since last week Wednesday.</p>
<p>After numerous communications and complaints and with much anger I am still awaiting feedback as I was contacted and advised that my complaint with reference ********** 132 would not be closed but taken further. I contacted incredible connection numerous times via chats but haven't received any feedback since last year about my complaint. They provided me with poor service misleading information and didn't not provide me with full disclosures before I conducted business with them. Wost experience ever especially with such a big retail company. </p>
