Education system

As Dekuilen Primary is my closest school and and there is no school in kuilsriver that we fall in the Area A. Our daughter was declined and when appealing the decline she was declined again. Yet there is children close to us that were accepted. The principal refuses to have a meeting with me as the generic information email was sent has confused me more that answering any questions. The principal has refused to meet with me and up till now I have not gotten a response as to why my daughter was decline. It cant be on location as people in the same area had their children accepted and if it's merit a child living in the same area at the same daymother with the same grades was accepted. How fair is that? So now I need to run around and find a school that I cannot afford because the education system failed my daughter and denying her an education because all 4 schools we applied at declined us.
