Code 3 & tampered odometer vehicle

I was interested in a Toyota Hilux 2.5D-4D 4x4 they listed.

I obtained the VIN number from them and did a background check.

The Natis status of the vehicle shows it is a code 3 vehicle. Obviously they wouldn't list it in their listing.

I did a service history check at a Toyota dealership and found that the last service was done at 210 000 km. The listing shows the vehicle has 129 000 km. Clearly there has been tampered with the odometer.

Furthermore the dealer pointed out that it isn't a 2015 model, but a 2014 model. Again another incorrect listing.

My advice, always request a VIN number and do your homework before making a decision before purchasing.

Luckily I did my homework thoroughly.
