Deal Depot - Fraudsters!

I would just like to extend my utter disgust in the way you people handle your business.

On 29/08/2017 I received an sms on my phone stating:

Welcome to Deal Depot - your portal to great value! Your username is DDE(cell number).

Firstly, I did not apply for any of your services as I did not even know your corrupt company existed until I received this sms.

Secondly: This phone contract belongs to my father and I have the phone with me in another city, so he has no access to the phone.

Thirdly: My father phoned and cancelled this supposed subscription and was informed that my mother applied for this service (she also has no access to my phone at all) and you cannot give him anything proving that this service was activated.

Fourthly: Now you tell my father that this cancellation will only take place in 21 days.

I would hereby like to notify you that if you deduct any monies from any account for this service that we did not apply for, we will be taking you to court for fraud. I have already spoken to my lawyer about this situation.
