Don''t use Deal Exteme

I ordered a laptop charger on 20 July 2017 and 10 weeks later(27 September 2017) it has still not arrived and they refuse to give me a refund!

The item said ships in 7-10 days, now it it 10 weeks!

Do not waste your time with this site. The customer service representative I have been dealing with(Ann) just says please wait 2 more weeks. 2 weeks passes and they say please wait another 2 weeks. They will not issue a refund.

Stay clear!
