Don''t use Deal Exteme
I ordered a laptop charger on 20 July 2017 and 10 weeks later(27 September 2017) it has still not arrived and they refuse to give me a refund! The item said ships in 7-10 days, now it it 10 weeks! Do not waste your time with this site. The customer service representative I have been dealing with(Ann) just says please wait 2 more weeks. 2 weeks passes and they say please wait another 2 weeks. They will not issue a refund. Stay clear!

Useless website can't handle the traffic
<p>I was in your waiting room for the R2 flight promotions. I started at about 10 00 in the queue and got down to 157 when your site froze and I joined the back of the queue, 14 000!!! After trying from mobile and PC, I got onto the site using my phone. I entered my flight details and got redirected to another page. The page took so long to load and nothing happened, I couldn't select flights. Then a popup notified my about my session, I clicked OK to continue my session and the site continued to load... After another minute I was kicked out as my session had expired and was put back in the queue!!! I got to the front of the queue on my PC, entered airport details and was then taken to an "Oops, Sorry"page! Then guess what.... back of the ****ing queue again!!!!! I have been trying to access this site for almost 5 hours!</p>

None of the paperwork I paid for has been filed
The vehicle financed was not registered or licenced with the roadworthy certificate or anything that was supposed to be done. I now have to pay a penalty fee and reprocess the registration with another roadworthy. Not happy

Websites hosted with Afrihost keep getting hacked
We have 2 dedicated servers with Afrihost with about 40 domains hosted. Some sites are custom made, some Wordpress sites and some that are not in use and have no files on the server. All these sites are being hacked and phishing pages for the American bank [URL Removed] are being put on our server/ sites almost on a daily basis. I have requested numerous times that they investigate and increase the security of the servers by firewall/ any means necessary but nothing has been done. Our sites continue to be hacked. They suggested a developer look at the sites and software that is installed on the server, but the software installed on the server is Afrihost's software.
