I purchased a stationery on the 04/01/2023 and made an immediate payment to Dean's account with all the required documents and proof of payment successfully emailed to stationery@deans.co.za. To my surprise I still have not received my child's stationery and today the schools have re-opened, my child had to go to school without stationery. Both my son and I are stressed, imagine being at school on your first day without stationery. I've sent them Wattsapp, email and even contacted them and received no feedback from any of the contact methods except that a lady that answered my call on the 9th and 10th January 2023 kept on telling me to call back to do a follow up. I am so disappointed and frustrated in such service being rendered by Deans'. Even now I'm still awaiting the stationery
