Request for Refund
I have ordered and mistakenly paid twice for stationary Amberfield College. I called to ask for processes of refund and i was advised that i must return the extra package at the school. After doing that i am since struggling for my refund and i am being told it will be paid on Thursday. Its been 2 months now and when i check for progress i still get the same answer that it will be paid on Thursday and no one is accountable on this matter.

Worst customer service
I placed an order on 30 Dec for my niece. For a week I attempted to get hold of someone to try and assist with no success. The lady on the call was super rude and told me that my niece should use last year’s stationery. I will never order from them ever again. Zero accountability, Zero sense of urgency.

Deans Stationery Pretoria, you should be ashamed
Worst service EVER!!!! NO contact after I paid....No email answered, Not even picking up the phone (so far I rang 12 times) The people are so unhelpful and rude when someone eventually does pick the phone up. Placed my order 20th December, still no parcel, no email back, not picked up the phone........I will never use them again!!!!

Worst service EVER!!!! Poor service
I purchased a stationery on the 04/01/2023 and made an immediate payment to Dean's account with all the required documents and proof of payment successfully emailed to stationery@deans.co.za. To my surprise I still have not received my child's stationery and today the schools have re-opened, my child had to go to school without stationery. Both my son and I are stressed, imagine being at school on your first day without stationery. I've sent them Wattsapp, email and even contacted them and received no feedback from any of the contact methods except that a lady that answered my call on the 9th and 10th January 2023 kept on telling me to call back to do a follow up. I am so disappointed and frustrated in such service being rendered by Deans'. Even now I'm still awaiting the stationery

Appalling and chaotic service
Appalling and chaotic service. They keep promising they will get back toy you but they don't. They don't even take your calls most of the time. You will wait for delivery of your order until you got to their offices only to find more chaos. Stay away from them if you want peace of mind, they are pathetic.

They say they accept credit cards, but don't
Beside's being overpriced, the people at Dean's are *****s. Their order form clearly states they accept credit cards, with the exception of American Express and Diner's Club. No problem- I sent in the form with my visa card info. But when we called to confirm, they said they don't accept credit card payments. My wife asked why it was an option on their official order form that THEY sent out, and she was met with indifference. While I could pay by EFT, ***** them at this point. Going to go buy all my stuff at a proper store that knows what they're doing rather than deal with these idiots.
