I’ve been trying to get my settlement letter for two weeks now after payment and confirmation from them that they have received the payment. This is becoming frustrating as I’m being sent pillar to post. Please do better
On 1 March 2024 my gyser started tripping my main switch, I called Standard Bank Insurance to log a claim, the plumber came in and fixed the incorrect gyser. I had to log a new claim after a month and the gyser is still not fixed. A whole month of cold showers is unacceptable. Whenever I call they always tell me that they will call me back and they never do. As I type this I’m on hold for the second time today.
I placed an order on 30 Dec for my niece. For a week I attempted to get hold of someone to try and assist with no success. The lady on the call was super rude and told me that my niece should use last year’s stationery. I will never order from them ever again. Zero accountability, Zero sense of urgency.
These people increased my premium without notifying me. When I call them, Finance department and Retentions Department doesn’t know why it has increased
I recently settled my account with Cell C and I have sent a request for a settlement letter since the 20th of January 2022, I received an automatic response saying I will receive feedback within 48 hours. I called Cell C to ask for feedback on 24 January 2022 and I didn’t receive any help, was sent pillar to post but still nothing. I called again on 1 Feb 2022 and I was told to wait a further 48 hours. I can’t wait any longer I want my matter resolved as a matter of urgency.
