I have been requesting to cancel my fibre services with Telkom and i was told to do it on the portal. On the portal it gives me an error. They kept on billing me and when i called they are telling me to pay as they cannot do anything and yet they see my logged attempts to calnce the service.

I have ordered and mistakenly paid twice for stationary Amberfield College. I called to ask for processes of refund and i was advised that i must return the extra package at the school. After doing that i am since struggling for my refund and i am being told it will be paid on Thursday. Its been 2 months now and when i check for progress i still get the same answer that it will be paid on Thursday and no one is accountable on this matter.
I have been requesting that my Credit Card Account to be closed. Since January i paid the requested amount and made numerous calls to your call center to close my account and that i must be sent a closure letter. I have been told that my request is being escalated to the team manager and every time I call to make follow ups I am being told that my matter has been escalated again. My request is not being solved
