Debonairs Pizza: A Slice Of Disappointment

I placed an order at around 12, and my order had a specific instruction of no tomato base. But my pizza came with a tomato base. I tried calling the order confirmation number literally the whole day explaining the same thing over and over again to different people. I was told my issue was escalated to help desk and they'll get back to me but nothing. I was stuck with a pizza I couldn't eat due to health reasons, which I had paid for. If this is how they treat their customers, I legit want nothing to do with debonairs pizza anymore
