Debonairs Pizza: A Slice Of Disappointment
I placed an order at around 12, and my order had a specific instruction of no tomato base. But my pizza came with a tomato base. I tried calling the order confirmation number literally the whole day explaining the same thing over and over again to different people. I was told my issue was escalated to help desk and they'll get back to me but nothing. I was stuck with a pizza I couldn't eat due to health reasons, which I had paid for. If this is how they treat their customers, I legit want nothing to do with debonairs pizza anymore

Disgusting service
Order placed at 19:07pm and only delivered at 21:40pm Customer service didn’t help with anything, instead I was told I can send the order back and unfortunately not eat for the night. This is completely disgusting and unacceptable. Debonairs is a pathetic place.

Disgusting service
Order placed at 19:07pm and only delivered at 21:40pm Customer service didn’t help with anything, instead I was told I can send the order back and unfortunately not eat for the night. This is completely disgusting and unacceptable. Debonairs is a pathetic place.

Order came shorting without give me my refund
I have ordered small triple decker and a buddy coke with a death by chocolate but only came small triple decker without death by chocolate dessert and a buddy coke I requested my refund they don’t want to refund me tried calling the manager but she/he failed to take my calls

Debonairs pizza Phillip Nel
Debonairs pizza Phillip Nel has the worst service delivery ever. We ordered pizza 4/5 times our order came 3 hours late. Our most recent experience was last week, our order came 2 hours later but this time it was cold and hard as if it had been overly reheated. When tried to call and lay a complaint they transferred the call to KZN and when we called them back they put us on hold for the longest time.

Pizza not delivered.
I ordered pizza at 14:58 and my pizza still hasn’t arrived at 18:13, I called twice to make inquiries the last phone call they couldn’t even get ahold of the restaurant. I had ordered yesterday and experienced the same wait I just didn’t bother complaining as I was busy moving from place to place.

Don’t care about customers!!
The people at Debonairs Phillip Nel park have no care for customers this is my third encounter now where I placed an order and it never gets delivered no communication what so ever . When you call the number provided they tell you they will escalate it and get back to you. Which they never do as we speak now I called them 30 mins ago with no one bothered to call me back. My order is almost am hour late the last time it was 2 hours late they wanted to deliver at 21:45 when I placed the order at 19:00. I used to order from them a lot because they provided quality service now they just don’t care

Hi i just ordered 2 large pizzas from debonairs Phillip nel park and after an hour i phones to ask about my order they said they will find out where my order is and let me know , of course they did not so i phoned every 30min after that but nobody ever phoned me back and after 2 hours and 30min my order arrived ice cold
