Order placed at 19:07pm and only delivered at 21:40pm Customer service didn’t help with anything, instead I was told I can send the order back and unfortunately not eat for the night. This is completely disgusting and unacceptable. Debonairs is a pathetic place.
I placed an order at steers Phillp Nel at 18:35 to only get it delivered at 21:09. That’s almost 2hrs and 30 mins of waiting. The app didn’t accept my resident address I had to select a different address and camp there to get my food delivered. Upon arriving at home my food is extremely cold, chips are dry and I honestly can’t stomach this. No communication sent, I had to be the one calling the store over 3 times to find out what the delay is. I was promised to get a call back regarding the matter, which didn’t happen. I am extremely ****ed off cause clearly we are not valued as customers for anything. The food was probably prepare and ready by 7pm I then get it 2 hours later very cold. I am truly upset and need the store to explain the nonsense customer service we receive using our hard earn money. If they can’t deliver on time it’s best they communicate so that we make alternative measure. Who eats dinner at 9:30 honestly. This not being the first time complaining If the food isn’t burnt, we receive orders late. Steers Phillp Nel is just the worst place

I placed an order for delivery with steers phillp Nel ( pretoria west) 2x mega ribster meals My food was Delivered and i am disgusted. My cheesy chips are basically brown and hidden with the cheese sauce The ribster patty is pitch black and burnt. I called at around 21:15 to lay a complain only too be told that the restaurant has closed. How? when the website indicates that it closes at 22:00pm I placed this order hoping to receive delighting food, I've got load reduction in my area and cant cook nor do i have a car to drive there myself and return this meal. Its truly upsetting. Spoke to Yvonne from their call center whom i told that i need a new meal delivered or a refund as i was not ready to eat burnt food which i paid for. She unfortunately was of no help at all. I have pictures of the food to show This is totally disgusting and not fair. Kindly asist in this matter Im extremly upset and disgusted

Iv got an Acc with mutlichoice, though it hasn't been activate for over 2hrs for personal reasons. On the 27th of March 2020 I decided that I wanna reactive my account. An amount of R462.00 was paid in to activate the Acc. It's a compact package R399. 00 so I believed that the R62.00 was for reconnection fee. This morning I wanted to check when my next payment is due to my surprise is says I need to pay R449.00. Now why I'm I being charged extra. I call the customer service and the lady I spoke to Mandisa tells me that according to their system only R399. 00 was paid so according to the balance showing currentluly Il still be billed for reconnection.. She couldn't explain where the R62. 00 went from the 1st payment made. So my concern here is that Il basically be double charged for reconnection. She was of no help, cause I'm being robbed money. Will I be billed every month for reconnection, only cause my Acc was inactive for over a year.. I'm annoyed Bhekumuzi Dladla
Am beyond ****ed off by the service rended at debonairs pizza in olievenhoutbosh plaza! Am more ****ed off mainly cause its not the 1st time i had to write a review about this specific store. Placed an order via the app at 18:08pm and its now 20:05 basically 2hrs later and i haven't received my order, its always excuses on excuses. Tried calling the numbers provided on the app which was still a mission cause the 2 cellphone numbers are off and land lines arent picked up. The hell is the point of them having landlines if we can't even reach them? Got confirmation of my order and iv paid online already if it wasn't paid for yet would be canceling the order. Not sure how i feel am basically fuming!!
<p>Today the 1st sep 2016 at around 14:30 I called the Builders Express in Raslouw. I specifically wanted to speak the HOD sales but the lady who answered the phone Constance Mokoena gave me unreasonable excuses and then hang up the fone. I made the second call, she still picked up but 1s again I wasn't put thru to the department required. Please bare in mind m a client, using my own airtime <br />Am a regular client at that business and I normally wanna deal with someone am familiar with but seems like this constance has her own issues cause this was definitely not the first time she gives me unacceptable phone manners, she's either gonna hang up or simply be rude. I don't understand how this person works on the switch bored yet has 0 manners for clients whatsoever. M disgusted with the additude given to me by this lady</p>
I placed an order at exactly 19:02pm on the 22th of Nov 2015 at Debonairs in Olievenhoutbosch 'plaza' and I only recieved my order @ 20:45. Thats basically an hour n 45mins that it took them to make me a happy customer. I called them n spoke to the manager Sarah she basically had nothing to say only that she will escalate the matter to head office 2mrw I failed to understand her reasoning. The pizza looked fine thou the DOT had turned black, n according to my knowledge I was suppose to get the pizza free but instead I paid the full price. M extremely unhappy with the service. it got me thinking and I doubt il ever place a order with them..
