I woke up to my services being cut off, yet i pre paid a day before my payment was due, it is really frustrating that this happens almost monthly. My account should be up to date, it says i am a day overdue yet my normal debit is the 25th of each month, and i am up to date, WHAT THE HELL?
I placed an order for delivery, all of w sudden o can't track the order. I can't even call their store as it said offline on my app.WHY TAKE AN ORDER IF YOU CANNOT FULFILL IT? THIS IS **** SERVICE AT IT'S BEST.
We have been having a good relationship all along, everytime I apply online it has never been a problem. I applied for overdraft, it was approved, I even have contracts, you even sent a salary switch letter, I continued to switch my salary. Now I'm being told details on that letter are wrong, is not for main savings account but the overdraft, since the 25,i have waiting for my salary, even now, even my employer is asking what's going on. Huu I can't wait to switch back, please find my money!! Why did it not bounce back to my employer if that account number is wrong?! No I want my salary?!

I took a data Sim card for 10gb,monthly charge 149.99, why do I see that for April it is 278? That's almost double to what I agreed to I have 3 numbers with you, my query is exactly how much is each contract I have as I specifically remember it not being almost double. That contract is 149.99, why the hell does it say on my statement that April you are charging me 278? What the ****? I have issues with all your departments, first of all I contact your insurance side, the line never gets through, then I canceled the cellphone insurance yet it is added to my bill this month still with no feedback you send me a Debi check mandate for R1000, when my current is 350,then one I added is 289 including 149 data sim all is less than 800, yet that debit order is for a 1000, honestly are you taking me for a fool? I honestly don't mind being blacklisted for non payments, you think I'm playing. My debit for this month should be the current contract at 350,the new one's I'm still waiting for those agreements stating how much am I paying and what I am taking from you. Sort it, our Blacklist for non payment, I swear il change banks!!
I called in last month, before the 17th, to let them know that my pay date has changed that they must debit from the 26th, I spoke to 2 consultants, of which they told me that it is late to change, it will still try to debit on the 17th that it will change from the following month, it being February. To my surprise, this useless service provider, debited me twice on the same month, causing my bank charges to sky rocket, I have emailed their useless customer service to date no resolution. To my suprise my debit went from 515,to 565 now 631, I want statements, also those call recordings as I'm taking you to the ombudsman.
As usual another ****pie delivery application My food was not delivered, and according to this Joseph that replied, from their 'investigation', they say the driver was at my place, and I was not there?! You went against my agreement with you guys with a certain debit order I authorized debit for the 27th of every month, however I received money into my account today, and you saw it fit to track my account for any available money so that you can take it clearly going against our agreement. I did not authorize any resubmission for that debit but to my surprise now my money is gone. I want my money back and to cancel any type of policy that I have with you guys. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AS IN YESTERDAY
