My card keeps declining to make online purchases while the money is there, I call the bank to ask for assistance the do not bother helping me but transfer me from one caller to another I have been banking with fnb for 15 this is extremely frustrating, the attitude of the people helping me was bad.
I walked in postnet guagga center Pretoria & immediately the employees where talking amongst themselves how they don’t want to help me as they saw me and my son, the customers where kinder & friendlier than the people who work there, everytime I needed assistance with the computer they pretended not to see me, absolutely disgusting behaviour.
I am disappointed, after my last review a guy called me to help with the issue, we spoke & I explained to him how I had cancelled the rain subscription 3days upon receiving the product as the was no network, they had deducted money from my account on the 1st of April so I was like okay let me get assistance and stick with rain, there was then no network so I cancelled the subscription again & my money was refunded, I was so happy with how the matter was resolved & I was going to write a good review here to let people know what they say about rain isn’t true, today they deducted money from my account, and I am upset because I never even wanted the router, so now I don’t have money I need in my account because they’re feeling they have a right to charge me for a month they claimed was free I feel played I feel ****med I am just hurt 😔
I’ve been asking for a call back since last night, the router has had no network I got 6 emails yet no one is helping me.
Shoprite Centurion Mall Who is forcing these people to work? The first time I went to shop there I thought maybe it’s just me making things up in my mind, all the employees have this terrible attitude, I walk in the door with my son holding a stuffed animal that he owns & the security walks up to me & asks if the baby got this toy in the shop I literally walked into the shop you saw me walk into the shop with him holding the teddy bear this happened twice 😒😒 & it’s like even if he got it in the shop why not wait to see if I am buying it for him why harass me?? And they all have an attitude, at the baking area I always want cake but the cake is never fresh the people don’t even come to assist you you wait & wait & call & wait, the trolley people the cashiers, honestly it’s as if they kidnapped this staff & they’re forcing it to work there, personally I am never shopping at this Shoprite ever again, the experience is terrible, these people ruin my day every time I got there 😒
I ordered pizza at 14:58 and my pizza still hasn’t arrived at 18:13, I called twice to make inquiries the last phone call they couldn’t even get ahold of the restaurant. I had ordered yesterday and experienced the same wait I just didn’t bother complaining as I was busy moving from place to place.
I am writing this extremely displeased with the service I received at Quagga pretoria branch, I went there to close all my accounts with you as investing with this bank has been nothing but a headache and a waste of time for me, the flexi investment account had reached its maturity date and the contract I signed was for a year I went to the branch yet only to be told they can not close the account I need to go to Pretoria Central to the exact person who helped me open the account, in which universe am I to remember a bank teller who assisted me over a year ago, I listened to all the excuses they had at some point I was just convinced they didn't want to pay me my money, so I say close the accounts even if it means instead of me getting all the due and owed to me I am the one who ends up in debt, the run around continues now all the bank assistances are gathering to assist me and they fail how does a branch a whole branch fail to assist me, now finally they sell me the story that they'll have their IT specialist check on it, it's been over two months today and the accounts are still open fully functional no follow up was made to me, no email no phone call disgusting service just close down all the accounts please.
I needed to exchange, I had lost my slip & the manager sat me down to explain with extreme patience & kindness why the exchange could prove challenging & why they product could not be exchanged in future, he agreed to help me as it involved my 1year old son, his name is Albert Man***i at Clicks Middestad 247 Francis Baard.
Dumisile helped me send pexi last month, my stuff where too much for the small bag & it’s the one I wanted to purchase she was extremely patient & down to earth she just did everything patiently unpacked the things from my plastic and repackaged them neatly in the bag, I wish everyone did they job with so much passion she made me happy washed my heart 🙂
This about Ditebogo from FNB Centurion Mall, I got to the bank just two minutes before they close she went out of her way to help me I needed money and because I have a youth account I’d reached my limit for the day, she was extremely patient and friendly throughout helping me she went out of her way to assist me, made me feel at home, if she sees this girl thank you so much 😌
