Debt review removal by Debt Clear

I have app**** to Debt Clear for a debt counseling removal in October 2023 and I have paid until June 2024 but sad part no one is responding to calls and emails even after all payments have been made, no debt review removal. I had been assigned to a lady called Marcia and she's very useless. I even wrote an email to them requesting that they stop the process and refund my money but until now there hasn't been any response from them. They are just simple ****mers. They ****med me R8550 in total without doing any of what they promised
