DCSA terrible service

My son was made wonderful promises by DCSA. Approximately 4 months down the line they have never paid his account for his bakkie. the bank now wants to repossess his bakkie which he needs for work and to earn an income. When you call to speak to a manager because the person you dealing with is not there and no one else can assist they just leave you holding indefinitely I waited 15 minutes no one came back to me. when calling back they just hang up on you. We needed to ask for statements to show where the funds my son paid went and what they did with his money ....no one assists. some one eventually called my son said he was dealing with the bank.....6pm that evening the bank called to say they are repossession his car the next morning. SO NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! Be careful who you choose to assist you with debt counseling
