Not a client of DCGSA but i am on their books
I had a bad experience with Alisha who is you HELP - i want to cancel my debt review as i have had no contact with them and all my accounts are paid - She wont answer my questions and tells me i am not her customer but yet i am not allowed to get a termination certificate - In black and white i am not DCGSA client, then this is fraud as i am not their client and i am being spoken to like trash and bullied when i asked her for questions - but refuses to answer

We will not tolerate your rude emails, we do get the paid up letters for consumers who are PAYING us to do so, you are not paying for our services yet you expect us to tolerate your condescending emails and false allegations. It is the NCR who has you listed, not us so please make sure you know your facts before you sound so sure of yourself.
The amount of absolute false information is also clear by your statement saying you have had nothing to do with us in 4 ½ years when your last payment was on the 1/07/2019, mealy 2 ½ years ago. Please don’t waste our time that you are not paying for with lies and fables and bent truths.
Don’t consider yourself a client either as you are not, you have not paid us to provide a service since 2019

We have been awaiting this review.
This consumer as explained in her own post states that she had made use of our services, and yes she simply stopped making debt review payments and ignored the cancelation of Debt Counsellors services that was explained to her on a few different occasions, proof thereof was sent to the consumer.
The consumer here does not put her emails in this post where she is extremely rude to our consultant after being explained the process a few times very nicely and we will not reduce ourselves to mud slinging.
We have explained to this consumer that we are governed by the National Credit Act.
and the cancelation process can be confirmed on the national Credit Regulators website with the link below.
Unfortunately this consumer does not understand that we are bound by the processes of the law and although we have asked the consumer to verify the process that we have given her she refuses to take the correct steps and prefer to take to giving bad reviews with half the facts.

and as per the NCR Circular 2021 regarding Withdrawal Guidelines
10 WHAT HAPPENS IF A CONSUMER ELECTS TO PAY CREDIT
PROVIDERS DIRECTLY?
10.1 If a consumer elects to pay his/her credit providers directly (i.e. not via a Payment Distribution
Agent (PDA), the consumer remains under debt review and has to provide paid up letters to the
debt counsellor when requesting a clearance certi cate.
10.2 A consumer cannot be under debt review without a debt counsellor. The consumer remains
liable for payment of debt counselling fees as set out in the NCR Debt Counselling Fee Guidelines
for work actually completed.
It is unfortunate that simply due to a consumer not wanting to accept that the process needs to be followed she has to, take this path rather than confirm what we are saying is the correct information with our governing body. But she proudly stated in an email, she was awaiting an email where we were firm and she was actively trying to get our consultant to be firm as she was waiting for it and waiting to make use of such email to tarnishing our name.

Not your husband but actual management or direct me to such please. You have stated i am not your customer therefore this is fraud as i am not your customer

We would like you to please do what we have asked you to do previously, contact the National Credit Regulator and then report your grievances or disputes so that they lodge a formal enquire into your concerns and allegations and they can give the outcome and resolve. You do not want to contact them as we have advised you on 4 different occasions however you choose to still complain and require us to do something we are unable to do.
I urge you to please call the NCR and let us deal with this matter as going round in circles will not help your situation. You have been sent the NCR email and phone number. Please let us get this resolved.

Now when i want my name removed there is money owed to you. respond to email dated 14/03/2021 16:06pm when i made first contact since " 01/07/2019"
