Poor Service From DEPT-MATE

I apply for Dept-mate on the Month of March to help me clear my closed Dept. Due to Financial crisis I manage to Pay their assistance fee in 2 months which was R3272. 50 times two in total was R6545. After paying no response no calls and no work that was done. When you call their consultant they say the person your looking for is busy at the Moment Pls give us your contact and ID so that when the person is free will give you a call. I am speechless and I thought I will get help but nothing even now still waiting. Guy Be aware of Called DEPT-MATE.
