Tried calling them, the landlines only rings. Tried stopping the debt order, but it's blocked by them. The biggest ****mers

If you ever want to lose your money this is the perfect place for you. Except for the really bad service. You wait up to 10 days for them to reply on 1 single message and then there is no value to the reply. Its a 100% waste of time.

In September 2022 I was also contacted by Mohammed Saddique Ebrahim NCR no: NCRDC 12347 offering to assist with debt review. In February 2023, 5 months into the agreement , I started getting phone calls from the creditors that all my accounts were in arrears and the Debt Removal depo was not paying them the agreed amount. I have tried calling them and there is no answer on their phones. I have also been emailing for several weeks now and there is no response.

I would like to warn everyone about Debt Removal Depo Mohammed Saddique Ebrahim Registered Debt Counsellor NCR no: NCRDC1235 47 Elzeth Road Ottery Western Cape South Africa 7800 Tel:0215693654 Email: dc@debtremovaldepo.co.za Their consultant contacted me to discuss my current financial situation as I placed myself under debt review last year. My funds were managed perfectly by MSD consulting and everything was on track. Debt removal depo contacted me to tell me that they could take over my portfolio and save me even more money at the end of the month. As a person in a desperate situation ofcourse I fell for the bait. The agreement is that the first 2 months of payments goes to the company for admin and registration etc which I agreed and understand. Now that I am in the third month where the amount I pay them is supposed to go to my debtors I started getting calls from Wesbank one of the debtors telling me they were going to take my bakkie as no payment had been received for 2 months. I immediately called debt removal depo only to find out that they could not get to an agreement with Wesbank and the amount that we agreed I pay to debt removal depo is not enough to include my Ranger even though they knew exactly what needed to be covered from the beginning. After a short conversation I was told I either need to pay debt removal depo more money per month or they will simply remove the Ranger from the policy and I would have to pay it directly myself. This I disagreed with because that is not our original agreement. When I requested a solution to the matter they simply cancelled my contract and told me I have to deal with my debtors myself now. They refuse to refund my money for the first 2 months and now I sit in a position where I have to pay accounts that I can't afford. Do not trust this company!!!
