So I took R50k funeral policy with Metropolitan back in 2012 / 2013 when I was still single and was paying premium of +-250 so early this year ive added my wife n 2 kids I was suppose to pay premium of +-350 bt instead they continued deducting 250 plus 350 on top which I was paying about 600 so when I asked the consultant who helped me to do additions she told me am not gonna receive my 250s back because is her fault and Metropolitan is no longer giving cash back she'll rather safe her job and pay from her pocket and am like how possible is this???
So ive launched a deduction complain with old mutual that i did agreeed to on 11 sept this year their consulted acted like their helping me but upto date ders no solution no feedback nothing my R820-00 that i did not agreed to down the drain and their quiet about it which tell me that there's no proper audit.
So this consultant from old mutual called me to offer a funeral policy bt we never finalized anything an suddenly the issue a deduction on my paysheet of 852 is this how we are being ****med really? Consultant name: Noluvo I need my money back plssss

What's the use of waiting two weeks before you pay for funeral benefit 🤔 i still stand liberty is nonses with theirr claim processs.They pay funeral claims two weeks after the funeral just know if u have funeral policy with this people you make loans to cover the costs of the funerla hence you claim on time they'll only pay you two weeks after the funeral whats the use 😉 libertys claim processs is nonsense and it should change why at old mutual before you leave the help desk the money is already in your account why cant you benchmark with the processess of oldmutual why
Never join liberty their services is nonsense i claimed for funeral benefits since monday even today theres no help 24hours waiting for documents to download on their system now 24 process very inconvenient never join that nonsense
