Bad experience with debt solutionsco

I had bad experience with the company debt solutionsco they placed me under debt review without my consent. After I wrote a review about them the lady by the name of Nikita whose working there she called me and promised to remove the debt review glad on my profile but up until today nothing has happened I have been sending her emails but no reply when I call her she doesn't answer the phone I have a bad experience with the company I'm stuck with the debt review that I didn't apply for or give consent for it
