Good day these people are ****mer they first put me on debt review without my consent now I've ask a company to help take me out of this thing they are refusing to send the documents to the company they just ignore any form of communication with the company that is helping me. Nikita just keeps on saying that she will send the documents but never doesn't anything at this point im ****ED!!!!!!!!

I have a bad experience with debt solutionsco they placed me under debt review without my consent after I wrote a review with hello Peter a lady by the name of Nikita called me and promised to sort out the matter but up until today nothing has happened.I send her several emails but she doesn't reply it's even worse when I call her office they say she's busy she will get back to me but nothing.my life has stuck because of this company.

After I wrote a review about them the lady by the name of Nikita whose working there she called me and promised to remove the debt review glad on my profile but up until today nothing has happened I have been sending her emails but no reply when I call her she doesn't answer the phone I have a bad experience with the company I'm stuck with the debt review that I didn't apply for or give consent for it

I wish there was a zero stars option ! I was contacted by the company named debt solutions co and they had brought to my knowledge that they will remove me from debt review for no charge as they are affiliated with the government they have sent me the below forms and reassured me that I will not be under debt review any longer . They have taken advantage of me not understanding what they were actually doing , they have for me to go under debt review again by under them . I would like to lay a complaint about the misinformation that they have given me under false pretences . A guy by the name of Michael from the call center contacted me with a whole lot of lies and misinformation. He then transferred me to another person who has made me approve bank mandates . Are they allowed to do such a thing under incorrect information. A man by the name of Muhammad yusuf Amlay was appointed as my debt review counsellor . The NCR has stated that removing my name is a legal process and cannot be done at no cost , In some cases lawyers are involved .

Yesterday we received an sms form Debt Solutions co that says I gave consent to request a credit report using affordability assesment as a reason. Heres the thing, I have never spoken to these people. I have received several phone calls which I have not answered and subsequently blocked. I cant say the phone calls came from debt solutions, but the timing of the sms is suspicious. But still I have not given them any permissions for anything and yet they have sent this sms saying I gave them consent. I have never dealt with them before and believe my information has been *******y obtained by this company. They sent it to my wife number which is the incorrect number for me anyway.
