Debt Solutions ******* consent sms

Yesterday we received an sms form Debt Solutions co that says I gave consent to request a credit report using affordability assesment as a reason. Heres the thing, I have never spoken to these people. I have received several phone calls which I have not answered and subsequently blocked. I cant say the phone calls came from debt solutions, but the timing of the sms is suspicious. But still I have not given them any permissions for anything and yet they have sent this sms saying I gave them consent. I have never dealt with them before and believe my information has been *******y obtained by this company. They sent it to my wife number which is the incorrect number for me anyway.
